Introductory for first time clients, only Targeted massage with stretching (does not apply to the following types of massages: Advanced Thai , Medical massage, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, and Oncology). Total appointment time will take 65 minutes. Includes consultation and a full 60-minute massage session, followed by a treatment plan review. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before sessions)

The combination of stretching techniques alongside deep tissue massage will ensure that body is able to recover from any deep tissue work. Strong and very firm pressure including cupping as needed! This May also include various powerful bodywork techniques such as compressions, acupressure, stretching, deep tissue, and hot stones to better achieve overall muscle relaxation to alleviate knots and tightness.

Prescribed and intended to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a Physician. Before your session your therapist will take you through an assessment of what is injured then both of you will agree upon the type of treatment and the Medical Massage Practitioner can use a variety of modalities or techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial release, Muscle testing, Trigger point therapy etc. but will focus the Medical Massage session on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis.

No oil or lotions. Instead, it consists more of working on muscles and ligaments. This session is designed to open up Lymphatic pathways and increase circulation. All muscles are released with gentle pressure which enables you to relax as your body is able to rest during the session.

One of our skilled therapists will work with expectant mothers during first, second and third trimesters. Advanced techniques will help reduce back pain, swelling in the feet, poor breathing tingling in the arms, as well as overall body aches. This also helps the mother recover quicker after the birthing process so that she can get back to enjoying her newborn as soon as possible.

This fantastic spa treatment combines warm stones as well as therapeutic strokes and techniques. The massage therapist will use richly scented aromatherapy. oil with continuous heat being delivered by the stones. Muscular tightness and fatigue disappear with a hot stone massage.

Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieving swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness block your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.
